Job summary

Miller & Carter Manchester is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive guest excellence and maximise sales across our steakhouse. You will build and motivate a team, manage service levels, and ensure memorable experiences for every guest.

You will oversee financial targets, quality standards and employees' development, while embedding the brand's promises across the site and district, delivering consistency and pride.
