Miller & Carter – Falkirk is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume site, build teams, drive guest experience and commercial performance. You’ll shape culture, motivate staff and deliver consistent results across service and operations.

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment with extensive experience and has a proven track record of successfully leading new openings. You'll know how to build momentum from day one, establish strong teams, create the right culture and deliver a fantastic guest experience while driving commercial performance.

All management employees are enrolled onto our unique and industry-leading 3-day Steak School, and we are proud to be the only restaurant chain to be awarded ‘The Masters of Steak’ accreditation.
