Miller & Carter - Stirling Corner is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll build a high-performing team, ensure exceptional service, and deliver consistently excellent food and drinks.

Training and development are central, with a structured path including a 3-day Steak School. We offer extensive staff benefits, pension contributions, generous holiday allowance, and employee discounts across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a restaurant or hospitality team.
• First GM appointment suitable for ambitious candidates.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
