Based in Central London, they offer bespoke, holistic, and independent advice across wealth structuring, investment management, and corporate finance.

Committed to long-term relationships and personalized service, they are entering a new growth phase and seek an entrepreneurial and experienced General Manager to lead the firm through its next stage of strategic and operational development.

The Role

As General Manager, you will report directly to the founders and play a critical leadership role. You will oversee daily operations, drive business development, and ensure excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and expand client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team across investment, client advisory, and operations.
• Client Management: Foster deep relationships with UHNW/HNW families.
• Business Development: Identify new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and opportunities in the region.
• Operations & Compliance: Ensure operational effectiveness, risk management, and compliance with UK and international standards.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet KPIs.

Candidate Profile - Must-Haves

• At least 5 years of experience in a UK wealth management firm with comprehensive knowledge of the business.
• People management experience, capable of leading teams towards targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of UK compliance environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and external representation.
