General Manager - Up to 45k plus bonus. Live Out.

We’re looking for a General Manager for the Guardhouse in Woolwich. Situated in the original Woolwich Arsenal Guard house, near the station, this modern pub comes complete with a generously sized outside terrace, and spaces that can easily become private areas for birthdays, weddings and private dining. With a ready made community and a growing development nearby, we’re looking for a General Manager to put their stamp on the business, build a strong business vision and deliver a fantastic offer to their neighbours.

Running a Pub for Young’s:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual, and we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We’re all about freedom within a framework – you decide what goes on the food menu, and that doesn’t mean picking from a bank of recipes. You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision. You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and you look after all your own recruitment and marketing. If you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experience, then we want to hear from you.
