Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Leeds. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards. Key tasks include inventory management, staff training and scheduling, financial oversight, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive business growth. The General Manager will also handle customer feedback and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
