Role Overview

Your primary focus will be to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a safe and stimulating environment. You will ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and statutory standards, while achieving business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practices.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of staff.
• Act as the main contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
• Maintain safe staffing levels in accordance with occupancy and dependency levels.
• Provide inspirational leadership and management to staff.
• Manage costs effectively within budget, including stock monitoring.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed, you should embody our values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. You must:

• Have at least four years of experience in a similar care environment.
• Hold Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, including IT proficiency.
• Be adaptable and flexible to handle various responsibilities at short notice.
