We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a General Manager.

Reporting to a Cluster General Manager, we are looking for a General Manager to join our team. You will have a strong focus on quality, to take the reins of your hotel, building its reputation.

As General Manager, you will develop your knowledge of the local market to achieve sales in a competitive environment maximising on revenue, managing occupancy and driving growth in the food and beverage side of the business. You will be an ambassador for the guest journey and ensure values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • To set and maintain the highest quality levels of products and services
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day running and control of the hotel efficiently and safely
  • Keeping a firm focus on purchasing and GP across the board
  • Planning and organising workloads, liaising with your team and department heads
  • Planning and implementing longer term strategies to enhance further business potential for the Hotel
  • Create a motivational team environment that promotes our core values and culture
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws

  • Ability to lead, coach and animate the hotel team.
