Qualifications

What you'll do as a General Manager...

• Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Note: If successful in this role, you will need to have or be able to acquire a personal license.
