wagamama is looking for a Front of House Manager to lead a busy Aberdeen restaurant. You will guide service with energy, coach your team, and ensure unforgettable guest experiences from opening to close.

The role focuses on staff development, problem-solving on the floor, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. As a full-time manager, you’ll work closely with the management team to run an engaging, high-performing venue and continually improve guest satisfaction and team

• thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
