Job summary

Hesketh James is seeking a superstar General Manager for a popular, growing restaurant operator in Greater London. You will be fully P&L accountable and responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across every shift.

You will lead and develop the team, recruit and mentor, and drive performance through a structured training plan. The role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus bonus, service charge and benefits, plus staff discounts.

The role:

• As General Manager you will have complete accountability for each and every area of the restaurant operation.
• You will be fully P&L accountable for the performance of your restaurant.
• You will deliver an exceptional guest experience across each and every shift.
• You will engage your team to keep them motivated, informed and passionate about your business.
• You will be passionate about retaining and developing your team, with clear succession plans to ensure the right people are in the right place.
