HC Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager for an independent East London pub with a strong food focus. The role combines dining and drinks, offering hands-on leadership across bar, floor and pass to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within a pub, bar or restaurant environment.

• Commercial awareness including stock control, labour management and revenue drive.
