The Cyclist is a modern British pub in Balham, London, seeking a General Manager to lead a busy venue with all-day food and a craft beer focus. You will own operations, drive performance and develop a strong team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager, depending on the property.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with an approachable personality.
• Impeccable floor, bar and late-night service experience.
• Passion for people, training, mentoring and growing a team.
• Personal Licence holder beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue.
• Demonstrate great commercial acumen to drive business performance.
• Train, nurture and develop staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor the team with impeccable floor, bar and late-night service.
