Job summary

Berberè is hiring an established Pizza Chef in London. The brand operates 26 pizzerias, with 5 in London including Marylebone. You will work to produce delicious pizzas using sourdough, with seasonal and organic ingredients, in a contemporary setting.

The role offers a good hourly rate plus a share of tronco, training and progression opportunities, and staff perks. Must be legally eligible to work in the UK and speak English for safety training.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of health and safety rules.
• Have a good level of conversational English (and ability to learn essential English for safety training).
• Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of food and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and ensure quality and safety in every batch.
• Learn quickly and strive to make our pizza perfectly in a short period.
• Maintain high attention to service standards and detail during service.

We are looking to hire an established Pizza Chef!

You will need to:

• Good knowledge of health and safety
• Have a good level of conversational English (and ability to learn essential English for safety training)
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of food and cooking techniques
• Show you can learn quickly and make our pizza perfectly in a short period of time
• Display high attention to service standards and detail
• Legally work in the UK - Note that you must live in the UK prior to application as we will not issue any visas for this role
