Job summary

Nando’s is seeking a General Manager to lead and inspire our team, shape the culture and operate the restaurant as a dynamic business.

You will set and track sales and KPI targets, oversee recruitment, training, and development, and ensure consistent, high‑quality customer service while upholding brand standards.

This role offers a 3‑month General Manager training programme from Day 1, travel opportunities to learn our roots, and a competitive bonus package.
