We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead The White Horse in Blakeney, a historic 15th-century coaching inn and the village’s first hotel. Located in the picturesque North Norfolk coast, The White Horse is a beloved pub with rooms, just steps from stunning salt marsh views. Job Requirements:

• Lead and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to achieve high service standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Guide guests through all aspects of their restaurant/hotel experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Manage wet stock within the property.
• Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding financial targets.
• Create a positive, motivated work environment, encouraging team members to perform at their best.
• Report regularly to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee cash management processes.
