Job summary

The Alice Lisle in Ringwood is recruiting a General Manager to lead operations, guest experiences and to drive the business forward with a clear focus on quality and service. This key leadership role demands a commercially minded manager who can energise the team and deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role is a 40-hour week over five days with the possibility of live-in arrangements. A generous GM bonus scheme can bring total earnings to a significant level, and Fuller’s supports career

The Alice Lisle is a listed pub set in the New Forest countryside. Something of a dining destination, the pub has a great reputation for food, attracting a diverse mix of customers including families, walkers and local foodies.
