Job description

We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Crawley restaurant. With an approximate 170 covers, this restaurant would suit a manager looking for a steady and community-led restaurant.

There is a fantastic management team comprising of Assistant Managers and a Supervisor. There is also a fantastic back of house team with a great Head Chef. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle!

The stated salary includes the predicted service charge. This is on a 48-hour contract.

We’re Looking For A General Manager Who

1. Has at least two years of experience as a manager in a standards-driven restaurant
2. Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams
3. Has the energy and passion for providing great guest experiences
4. Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture
5. Loves to be in the thick of it.
