Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Innis & Gunn Glasgow City Centre

Whether it’s a quiet pint, a birthday bash, or a gig, we make it memorable with freshly poured pints, a warm welcome, and Scottish banter.

We’re looking for a Deputy General Manager to support the GM and lead our largest venue in Glasgow City Centre. Think of it as being the ultimate wingman: keeping things smooth, energising the team, and ensuring guests keep coming back.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading shifts with the team, not just overseeing them.
• Creating a supportive environment where the team is trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
• Working with the GM to manage stock, monitor finances, and meet targets.
• Ensuring the venue runs smoothly and guests are well looked after.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing a busy pub, bar, or restaurant, with strong people skills.
• Ability to manage a team, solve problems quickly, and handle busy nights with ease.
• Passion for guest experience and business success, with leadership skills to support both.
• Organisation skills, comfort with numbers, and attention to detail in stock, training, and rotas.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
