Role Overview: Experienced General Manager to lead one of our flagship high volume Destination pubs. You'll be hands‑on during peak trade, obsessive about service standards, and comfortable using data to make daily trading decisions. You've run a £1m+ pub and know how to build and retain a team and deliver consistently strong guest experiences.
