As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub and restaurant. You'll lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver consistently excellent food, attentive service and a warm welcome.
Working closely with your kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll maintain brand standards, organise busy services and keep a firm grip on the commercial performance of the business. You'll be visible on the floor, confident supporting kitchen operations when needed and ready to set the example for your team.
You'll be an experienced General Manager, Pub Manager or Restaurant Manager, or a strong Assistant or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, with a background in branded pubs or restaurants.
