Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to GBP 60,000 + Bonus

Job Role: General Manager

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue and the overall management of this site. This is a high-volume operation, and you must have experience in service-led, high-volume hospitality or leisure venues.

• You have strong experience in driving sales growth
• You have experience within a fast-paced leisure or hospitality environment
• You have experience maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service first time, every time
• You have a track record of retaining and developing your team into strong, self-efficient managers
• You possess a strong focus on building, motivating, and retaining teams of staff, with demonstrated experience in this area
• You have structured/branded experience with profit and loss account management
