Job summary

Toby Carvery - Bishopstoke is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy site within the Mitchells & Butlers portfolio. You’ll build a team, drive sales, and deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding the brand standards across our Toby Carvery family.

You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, staff development, and achieving targets, with the support of a district of sites all working towards shared success.
