Toby Carvery - Willerby Village, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead a motivated team. You will train and inspire staff to deliver exceptional food and service while upholding our guest-centric standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and mentor team to deliver top-notch food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence.
