Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Duty Manager for Toby Carvery in Washington. You will work with the General Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations and ensure guests receive outstanding experiences. This role focuses on service excellence, staff development and achieving business targets.

You’ll train and mentor your team, act as a strong host to guests, and support a positive, high-performing work environment in a busy restaurant setting.
