General Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing daily store operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Resolving customer issues promptly
• Scheduling staff effectively and leading by example
• Appraising staff performance and providing feedback
• Developing the management team for succession planning
• Ensuring stock counts and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Adhering to cash control policies
• Maintaining brand standards and suggesting improvements
• Managing operational costs and reducing wastage
• Providing accurate financial reports

Requirements and skills:

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role in a branded or quick service restaurant
• Customer service management experience
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and passion
• Familiarity with hospitality systems/software
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Financial management skills
