Job summary

TST Group, following the opening of our Birmingham facility, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our distribution and warehousing operations at the new Birmingham site. You will report to the UK Operations Director and own the day-to-day depot performance, guiding teams and driving efficiency to deliver exceptional service to customers.

We are a growing, family-owned logistics business serving the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Depot Manager, General Manager or senior logistics operations role.
• Strong knowledge of transport, distribution and warehousing.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing operational budgets, costs and performance.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Following the opening of our brand-new Birmingham facility, The John Reid Logistics Park, TST Group is seeking an experienced and ambitious General Manager to lead our distribution and warehousing operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing logistics facility and play a key role in the continued expansion of TST Group across the UK.

Reporting directly to the UK Operations Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the depot, leading our teams, driving efficiency and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
