Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a General Manager for our Bedford depot to lead a flagship operation, steer profitability, and develop leadership across the team.

You will oversee operations, budgeting and customer service for some of the company’s largest clients, driving performance and a culture of accountability. You will manage a multi-department function, working with regional and functional teams to deliver safe and efficient hire services, fleet management and continuous improvement

Ready to lead one of Nationwide Platforms' flagship depot operations?

As General Manager at our Bedford depot, you'll lead one of our flagship depot businesses, taking responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability and people leadership.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a complex operation with significant fleet, customer and operational activity. You'll lead through a team of department heads, developing leadership capability and creating the culture, discipline and accountability needed to deliver exceptional results. Your depot will support some of our largest customers and fulfil complex hire requirements across the UK.

In return you will receive a salary from £60,000 pa (DOE), Company car or cash allowance of £8,750, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
