Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to join our team at the holiday park. You’ll handle plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and routine upkeep to ensure our facilities are welcoming and safe for guests.

Working both independently and with the maintenance team, you’ll perform inspections, address repairs promptly, and keep detailed records in line with health and safety regulations. Prior trade experience is valued, with driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential.
• Qualifications in related trade are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

• Full UK Driving License preferred.
