General Maintenance

• London within 2 miles of the N22 area
• Part time, 2 - 3 days per week
• £16 - £22 per hour depending on experience
• Flexible working hours, weekend availability if preferred
  
  

Details Of The Role

As a General Maintenance Person / Handyman / Tradesman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers' premises are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performing various maintenance tasks such as gardening, groundwork, plumbing, plastering, and painting, jet washing
• Undertaking repairs and renovations as needed to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of our facilities
• Utilising your diverse skill set to tackle a variety of projects, ranging from minor repairs to larger-scale renovations such as extensions
• Keeping company-provided vehicles, including vans, in good working condition and adhering to maintenance standards, including a weekly wash of the van
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a variety of trades, including but not limited to plumbing, plastering, painting, and gardening, would be highly advantageous
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing maintenance tasks and repairs
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritising tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
