Role Description

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and skilled Plumber on a self-employed basis to join our team in South Yorkshire. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and service of plumbing systems and pipes. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations in residential and commercial properties
2. Respond promptly to customer calls and ensure quality service and minimal disruption
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all work is done to the highest standard
4. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
5. Maintain good communication with clients and the team

Ideal Candidate:

1. Punctual, professional and have a strong work ethic
2. Excellent attendance record and reliable
3. Experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
6. Knowledge of general maintenance practices
7. Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing (Gas Safe preferred)
8. Experience in boiler repair and installation is a plus
9. Must provide references
