ROLE: Multi Skilled Maintenance Assistant
HOURS: 40 - Monday- Friday - 12 Month FTC
SALARY: c£40,000 dependent on experience

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities team on a 12 Month FTC contract based from our Clover Nook Site, Somercotes with the flexibility to travel across our operational sites in Derbyshire as and when needed.

You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs across the operational sites and ensure all planned, reactive and statutory works are carried out in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

WHAT OUR MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS DO:

• Undertake general Maintenance and repairs
• Manage the day-to-day workload of the FM maintenance department
• Respond to emergency call out situations that could fall out of normal working hours when required
• Manage sub-contractors ensuring all essential documentation is in place
• Review distribution of all certification and documentation by Subcontractors and Eurocell Engineers
• Update all files and documentation
• Attend sites to survey/monitor/evaluate works as appropriate
• Communicate with onsite stakeholders advising on all repair and maintenance issues

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS:

• Experienced in Electrics, qualified to level 2/3 is an advantage
• Previous experience carrying out general minor works including Plumbing, painting and building repairs
• Full UK Driving License - Essential
• Good attention to detail and able to work on own initiative
