An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) to join their busy department. The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.

• Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and professional negligence.

• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

• Building long-term client relationships and assisting with business development.

The successful candidate will have experience in general litigation, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
