Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a reliable General Site Labourer for immediate starts on local construction projects in Hythe, Kent. You will assist trades, offload deliveries, clear sites and maintain safety at all times.

The role offers weekly pay, standard day shifts from Monday to Friday, with overtime options and long-term placement opportunities. A valid CSCS card is preferred, but entry-level site experience is considered.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card preferred; entry-level site experience also considered.
• Full PPE provided: hard hat, high-vis, safety boots.
• Strong work ethic, physical fitness and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assisting trade personnel (carpenters, bricklayers, groundworkers) on-site.
• Offloading material deliveries and keeping site pathways clear.
• General site clearance, waste management, and setup duties.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations at all times.
