Job summary

Readshaw Interiors is seeking a General Labour / Panel Processing Operative to join our family-run workshop near Ilkley. You will operate a range of woodworking machinery within the production warehouse, with full training provided and ample overtime opportunities.

The role is full-time (39.25 hours weekly), with shifts Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-3pm. 28 days holiday including bank holidays plus a Christmas shutdown, and on-site parking are provided.

• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential due to our remote location.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machinery in the production warehouse.
• Full training provided to perform tasks.

General Labour / Panel Processing Operative

Location: Addingham, Ilkley, West Yorkshire LS29 0LJ

Salary: From £13.70 per hour, negotiable depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Temp-to-Perm, subject to probation)

We are a family-run business offering a wide range of CNC machining, edgebanding and panel processing services.

We are looking for a General Labour / Panel Processing Operative to join our team as soon as possible.

Previous experience in woodworking or panel production is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will work on a variety of machinery throughout our production warehouse.

The Role

• Full-time, 39.25 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm
• Friday: 7am-3pm
• Full training provided
• Plenty of overtime available
• Overtime paid at time and a half for the first 5 hours, double time thereafter
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown

Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute to Ilkley LS29 0LJ, or plan to relocate before starting
