Job summary

TipTopJob in West Yorkshire is seeking a General Labour / Panel Processing Operative to join our family-run business. You will work across CNC machining and panel processing with full training provided. Immediate start available, 39.25 hours per week.

Experience in woodworking is helpful but not required; a full driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to our remote location. Overtime is paid at time and a half for the first 5 hours, then double time after that.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential due to remote location.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Ilkley LS29 0LJ, or plan to relocate before starting.
• Previous woodworking/panel processing experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery in the production warehouse.
• Receive full training and work across CNC machining, edgebanding and panel processing.
• Take advantage of overtime: time and a half for the first 5 hours, double time thereafter.
• Enjoy 28 days holiday including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.
• On-site parking available and immediate start.
