St Josephs is seeking a reliable part-time catering assistant to support the school lunchtime service in Workington. You will help with preparation, serving students and staff, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy kitchen environment.

Job description

Working from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, you will support the catering team during our busy lunchtime period. Duties will include:

• Supporting the preparation and service of food
• Serving students and staff during lunchtime
• Clearing and cleaning tables, work surfaces and catering areas
• Washing up and assisting with general kitchen cleaning
• Helping to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Supporting the wider catering team as required

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
