Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a General Foreman to join our client in Leatherhead and the surrounding areas. You will supervise site personnel and subcontractors, report on site activities, and ensure work meets specifications and all statutory requirements on site.

You must have highways/Civil Engineering experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintain productivity and cost effectiveness while upholding quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in the highways industry (Civil Engineering).
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of traditional construction activities is essential.
• Proven ability to supervise construction subcontractors would be an asset.
• Understand environmental management and quality systems.
• Ability to use own initiative to maintain productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Minimum of 2-years relevant experience.
• Clean driving licence.

We are looking for a Foreman to join our client and work within the Leatherhead and surrounding areas, and you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors, reporting of all relevant site activities, managing the quality of work performed, meeting specifications and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to on site whilst maintaining outputs

Skills and Experience:

• Must have worked in the highways industry (Civil Engineering)
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous knowledge of traditional construction activities is essential
• Proven ability to supervise construction subcontractors would be an asset
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of environmental management and quality systems
• Ability to use own initiative and apply a deductive approach when maintaining productivity and cost effectiveness
• Minimum of 2-years relevant experience
• Clean driving licence

Key qualifications and Accreditation's:

• CSCS card, NVQ 3 or 4, First Aid, Manual Handling, SMSTS
• Minimum of 2-years relevant experience
