A leading international firm is seeking a finance Lawyer with experience across structured lending and sports finance to join its dynamic and growing Finance practice in London.
This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across sports finance, such as club and stadium funding, alongside broader core finance matters, including real estate, leveraged, structured, and infrastructure finance. The successful candidate will act for a range of borrowers, lenders and investors on complex cross-border transactions, often involving high-value mandates.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years' post-qualification experience, excellent technical skills and a strong track record of advising on LMA-style financings. Prior experience in sports finance or US private placements is welcome, but not essential. Experience at a top-tier City or international firm is preferred, along with a solid academic record and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
