We are looking to recruit a Restructuring Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE, restructuring and insolvency experience to join our London office. The role emphasizes transactional, restructuring, and advisory work, covering all types of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. There are also opportunities to work on contentious restructuring and insolvency matters if the candidate is interested.

Our London Team focuses on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters across sectors such as financial services, real estate, infrastructure, professional practices, retail, and education.

Our market-leading practice advises on business restructurings, restructuring and insolvency issues, and supports boards of directors and stakeholders, backed by an international network.

Our National Team

Nationally, our highly rated Restructuring team, part of the Banking and Finance group, advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders on recovery and turnaround strategies. We serve major banks and a variety of lenders, as well as companies and borrowers in restructurings.

We handle complex, high-profile, high-value restructurings early in financial decline, aiming to provide innovative solutions that improve stakeholder returns and often avoid insolvency. We are known for taking on some of the most complex restructurings, advising boards and stakeholders.

The team operates across the UK and beyond, with 14 partners and 32 lawyers, making it one of the largest in the market.
