Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a qualified General Cover Teacher (QTS) for day-to-day supply in Castle Cary. You will join a friendly, small secondary school, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

This role offers total flexibility with zero planning or marking, weekly PAYE pay, and the chance to balance teaching with personal commitments. Applicants must have QTS or QTLS and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and adaptability across different subject areas.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

We are seeking reliable, dynamic General Cover Teachers to support a friendly, small secondary school in Castle Cary. This is a purely day-to-day role, giving you full control over your work-life balance-simply turn up, teach pre-planned lessons, and leave at the end of the school day.
