Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a qualified General Cover Teacher (QTS) for day-to-day supply at a friendly secondary school in Castle Cary. The role offers flexibility with no long-term commitment and involves teaching pre-planned lessons during the school day.

Applicants should hold QTS or QTLS, have strong classroom management, and be eligible to work in the UK. DBS update service is preferred. Pay is £130–£160 per day, paid weekly via PAYE.

Are you a qualified secondary teacher looking for total flexibility without taking work home? We are seeking reliable, dynamic General Cover Teachers to support a friendly, small secondary school in Castle Cary. This is a purely day-to-day role, giving you full control over your work-life balance-simply turn up, teach pre-planned lessons, and leave at the end of the school day.
