Job summary

Aable Construction is seeking construction laborers to support residential projects across Gloucester. You will load and transport materials, help assemble and dismantle forms, and assist with concrete and asphalt work.

The role requires the ability to work at multiple sites, handle heavy loads, and maintain a strong safety mindset. WHMIS and heights training are encouraged, with full-time seasonal employment and no remote options.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction and site work.
• WHMIS certificate and working at heights training are preferred.
• Physically capable of handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
