• Daily Rate:£90 per day

Elevate Supply are working with a vibrant, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Salford who are seeking a dedicated KS1 General Classroom Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners in the early stages of their education.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of pupils in Key Stage 1. Your role will involve assisting with lesson delivery, working with small groups, and providing individual support to children who need additional guidance to access the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging learning environment

Work with small groups and 1:1 with pupils to reinforce learning objectives

Assist with lesson planning, preparation of resources, and classroom organisation

Promote good behaviour and help manage classroom routines

Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment and feedback processes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)

A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them succeed

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting learning
