Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting an experienced General Builder for our Isle of Wight locality. You will carry out all forms of general building repairs and maintenance across our homes as part of the Responsive Repairs Team. Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework and installing soakaways.

Roofing and roof repairs, roofing problem solving and guttering repairs. This is a full-time 40-hour role with travel on site; a valid driving license and at least 1 year of driving

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Building trade is required.
• Experience in both occupied and empty premises.
• Strong health and safety mindset and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs and maintenance across our homes.
• Dig drainage, repair pipework, install soakaways, roof repairs and guttering.
• Re-pointing, rendering, tiling, brickwork and fencing repairs.
