Sovereign Network Group in the UK is recruiting an experienced General Builder to join our Property Team across Newbury, Thatcham and Reading.

You will carry out repairs and maintenance on our homes, including roofing, drainage, brickwork, tiling, and fencing, with a company van and fuel card provided.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, health and safety focus, and a valid driving licence; a team environment and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in building trade.
• Experience delivering customer-focused repairs in occupied and vacant properties.
• Strong health and safety mindset and practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs and maintenance across homes.
• Dig drainage, repair pipes, install soakaways, roofing and guttering work.
• Re-pointing, rendering, tiling and cement works; brickwork repairs.
