Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a General Assistant (Cleaner) to maintain exceptional standards across the club. You will keep all gym areas clean, sanitised and safe, supporting the wider team to deliver an outstanding member experience.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with full training provided. This maternity cover ends in May 2027, offering a stable temporary opportunity within a leading fitness business.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain all gym areas including fitness spaces, studios, changing rooms, showers and communal areas.
• Ensure gym equipment and surfaces are sanitised to the highest standard.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and daily compliance checks.
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements.
• Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns promptly.
• Support the wider club team in delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times.

The Role

As a General Assistant (Cleaner), you'll help maintain exceptional standards across all areas of the club, ensuring members always enjoy a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all gym areas, including fitness spaces, studios, changing rooms, showers and communal areas
• Ensure gym equipment, touchpoints and surfaces are sanitised and presented to the highest standard
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and daily compliance checks
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal procedures
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly
• Support the wider club team in delivering an exceptional member experience
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Desirable

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safe chemical handling
• Experience working within leisure, hospitality, retail or commercial environments

Full training will be provided. .
