Overview

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Retail Assistant to join the team in our Astbury Meadow Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age. The hours for this position are 31.25 per week over 4 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

Responsibilities

• Till operation and serving customers
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
• Creating and maintaining product displays
• Assisting customers across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets

Qualifications

• Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service
• Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential as full training will be given
• Strong customer service skills
