Position: General Assistant

We are recruiting a General Assistant to work at our site located at Cobalt Business Park, Silverlink, Wallsend.

Key qualities required:

• Warm, friendly, and genuine with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable, while adhering strictly to Elior UK procedures.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues and customers, maintaining a professional image.
• Methodical, thorough, with persistence to complete tasks.
• Capable of maintaining high-quality service within standard operating procedures and rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels of your area.
• Have up-to-date knowledge of menus and offers to assist customers effectively.
• Operate relevant equipment safely and report maintenance issues.
• Operate the till during service, following correct procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, following procedures.
• Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client and Elior UK information.

Working Pattern:

• Monday - Friday
