Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a General Assistant to support our Swindon client site. You will be the friendly face in a busy retail unit, serving breakfast and lunch, and ensuring customers have a great experience.

Role includes serving hot drinks, keeping the shop stocked, and maintaining clean areas. You’ll need catering experience, the stamina to be on your feet, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Hours: 21 hours/week.

We’re looking for a General Assistant to work at our client site in Swindon. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our retail unit, making sure customers have a great experience every time they visit.

What you’ll do:

• Serving hot food for a breakfast and lunch service
• Serving on a busy Deli Bar
• Serving hot drinks to costa standard
• Stocking up a busy shop
• Cleaning down areas
• Stock rotation

What we’re looking for:

• Have experience in catering
• Being on your feet in a busy restaurant
• Being able to make hot drinks
• Comfortable working as part of a team and occasionally on your own
• Must be flexible in all aspects of working rosters (including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays).
